. . . I haven't worked out in 2 weeks. Now it's 20 degrees outside and snowing and I never want to move again.

How is everyone doing with keeping off the winter weight? Best of luck, guys!
110.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
