I have found that the Chocolate jar in the office is my Achilles Heel. I eat fantastic on the weekend. Pack my food for lunch and do great and about 3:00 that stupid candy dish calls me and I have had a very hard time resisting.

I forgot how addicting that sugar can be. I haven't had candy like that in a year, and now, 5 lbs from my goal, I seem to be self sabotaging with someone else's stupid candy jar. What does that say about me?

Okay, this will be a good week. Just a small splurge for my birthday Sunday.
121.5 lb Lost so far: 55.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
