Hmmm, my weight stayed the same this week. I refuse to get discouraged even though the discouragement monster is knocking on my brain. I will look at the positive. In the past 4 weeks I lost 2 inches off my waist, 1 inch off my hips and lost 7.2 pounds. That is better than I've done on any other diet. So I will just keep it up, except I know I will have to add in exercise and have no idea where to fit it in time wise as I feel like I have not enough time for things now. Okay, well this is my check in for this week.

If you can fit in 5-10 minutes here and there, walk. Around the building, check up and down the hallway. Anything to get you moving more.

Add some more apples into your diet!!! They cure sugar cravings and have added fiber, just remember to buy organic!

Thank you. I am on induction of Atkins so fruit is not an add on yet. I do walk now, I walk 30 minutes on my lunch break and do a working lunch. :)
