Lost 2 pounds this week. That makes up for last week with no loss. Averages to 1 pound each week. I'm hoping to be able to lose this week too, even though it's Thanksgiving.
196.4 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 56.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
