Wasn't my best few weeks. Halloween...lots of candy followed by some health issues...requiring antibiotics. I am now on the far side of treatment and looking forward to being back on track.

The numbers went down...that's the good news.

175.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 50.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
