I had not stepped on the scales in a couple of months. The last time I weighed 135, and then I got off track with both my eating and my exercise. I think I needed a little break. I didn't want to see if I had gained. But I got back on track with both eating and exercise and decided to check in on 11/10 and it showed 133. I was super motivated. When I checked again on 11/15, I was down another pound. I pulled out the tape measure and the clothes and I'm a whole size down. Woohoo!!!
