Back on track baby! Feeling better. Muscles aching from exercise (last night was a rest) and my belly is less bloated from eating right all week. Prepared meals in a jar on Tuesday for my lunches - this makes life sooooo easy. No poor choices. Eating healthy dinners - which is great cause then the entire family has to eat healthy. The funny thing is, it doesn't seem like they mind. Went to the Bulk Barn and got some quinoa, wheatberries, couscous to eat as sides. This is gonna be good!

Just started a cleanse today - never done one - a bit nervous. Not a full on , only eat fruits veggies and broth cleanse, but eating healthy is certainly the main idea with it. Wish me luck for the next 7 days.
161.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
