3rd day in a row over 10000 steps. i have been walking my dogs for years between 1.5 to 2 miles a day. Increasing the milage really makes a difference. Feels great!
159.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Awesome! I walk my doggo daily, he is my instant excuse to get my steps up lol. I have a spaniel, what type of dogs do you have?
