Well, feeling good about the Atkins Diet even though some days I feel a little lethargic but that is due to my body getting used to not eating junk! The broth seems to help so I'll incorporate that into each day. Had roasted asparagus the other day, wow! might not ever eat the steamed again, what an awesome flavor! Learing to go "gourmet" with my veggies so the diet does not grow boring...:) Happy with myself, proud I am sticking to it!
175.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Great job! I made roasted asparagus just last night! They act as a diuretic so I put some salt on them to keep potassium levels up :-). Yeah, everytime I drink a ton of water, i just picture it cleaning out all the impurities I subjected myself to for YEARS! Check the days you're feeling lethargic to make sure you're getting enough carbs and in the right form! I get like that too. Sometimes walking up the stairs, I can feel exhausted then the next day, I'm running up them...LOL. I'm proud of you too! This is NOT an easy task! Have a great Saturday!

It's working, it's working! ;) You're experiencing carb withdrawal. I went through it this week myself. I promise, it does get better. (And when it gets better, you'll feel on top of the world!) Just sending some good thoughts your way. You're off to a great start!
