in 1 week I only lost 1 lb and that came in the first 2 days. I've been staying on plan, at least to the point of not eating any bread, fruit, candy, or anything like that. I have been eating Atkins bars and drinking their shakes. I'm wondering if that is stalling the weight loss.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

They don't seem to have stalled mine. How many of those items are you having a day?

I found using bars and shakes in the early stages did stall weight loss. And on the Atkins support forum, it does for many others also. Try getting back to as much "real food" as you can and see how you go

Also, losing a pound a week is healthy.
