one full week of working out at 530ish am. feels good so far. actualy enjoy it. i switched to p90x3 for this round and i thinks better than p90x for am work out before work. i have enough time to wakeup and get aclimated before doing workout. the other to to much time for an am work out. fyi, Tony is realy weird to listen to in the morning. but at least it keeps me a awake.
257.2 lb Lost so far: 40.8 lb.    Still to go: 77.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
