Oh my goodness. These are good. Going to try them with PB2 next time, but I only used 16g of peanut butter, so not too bad.

I used a little stevia instead of honey. Honestly don’t think it even needed that.

I make my own no bake protein bars. Might have to check these out .

Diana, if you’re already in the practice of making your own, these are probably nothing special. But, for someone who is stretched for time, it’s a super easy mix for me to toss in a mug and squish together for a cookie like taste. I also like being able to weigh out exactly enough for one serving. 😋
