Day 1 - Starting the 5:2 plan suggested by Michael Mosely. Beginning with two fasting days to start ketosis, as I am already accustomed to doing fairly high protein / low carb.
I need to go lower daily calories than standard due to medical condition which prevents much high impact exercise such as running.
Also started the bike challenge - 10 min today.
