Induction day 2 off without a hitch... I am wondering what the best frequency for weight ins? I mean daily might either keep me on track and serve to show me the consequences of not following the diet or cause me to become freakishly obscessed.

I try to weigh in once a week. I do perodically step on to just see but never consider it my weight. Some times it is discouraging to see your weight go up and down. It really is up to you.

I do M-W-F and try not to get upset w/the fluctuations. Be sure to keep track of your measurements. It is wonderful when you see those numbers to go down if the scale isn't being friendly!

That is what I always said once per week, but I used to weight myself at work... since I went out and bought a fancy new home scale I find myself hopping on everytime I a walk past it. Now I don't record each weight on here, just wondering how you guys do it/thought was best. I don't think it is deterimental for me as I expect the ups and downs right after a meal or because I drink tons of water, but I find that number that has creeped up from this morning as motivation to stay on track.
