let myself eat out of control.(after i already started going over my limit at half day) omg weight does come back fast. need to refocus and get back on track.
214.4 lb Lost so far: 60.6 lb.    Still to go: 44.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

That could be a lot of water weight if you were taking in a lot of sodium. Today is a new day and a chance to start again fresh. Good luck.
