I know I over ate today. I have a 5k first thing in the morning so I was planning on eating a little extra today anyway. I was extra hunger today, I kind of ate 2 lunches I did not eat all of what I posted for lunch at once. It is suppose to be raining and cold durring my race, after I'm making a homemade apple bread and getting a free coffee from the new WAWA that opened last week.
