Things are going pretty well on week two of the Induction phase of Atkins. They say it's normal to have some mood fluctuations when in the first few weeks of this plan. So, not paying too much attention to them, just doing the next right thing. Well, good night world, see you tomorrow.

1827 kcal Fat: 139.44g | Prot: 97.17g | Carb: 50.44g.   Breakfast: Giant Eagle Cherry Tomatoes, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Food Club Large Egg, Kroger Hot Pork Sausage. Lunch: Scallions or Spring Onions, Publix Red Bell Pepper, Marie's Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing, Hormel Original Pepperoni Slices, Mixed Salad Greens, Cub Foods Ground Beef (93% Lean / 7% Fat). Dinner: Zucchini (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Shamrock Farms Heavy Whipping Cream, Jell-O Sugar Free Lemon Gelatin, Avocados, Kroger Rotisserie Chicken. Snacks/Other: Atkins Atkins Advantage Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar (adjusted net carbs), Philadelphia Regular Cream Cheese, Celery. more...
