bleah. I got hungry, and had the last bit of the pudding. I feel like for the last two days my nutrition was nearly perfect, and I just over-carbed today.
Not enough fiber, and way too many pointless carbs.
Tomorrow's going to be pretty rough, nutritionally, so it's a good thing I've kept my calories under control for the last week or two.
