Alright I have to get myself in a better shape then I am now. I need every ounce of help that I can. I'm tired of my kids calling me fat and very tired of not fitting into my old clothes, I am a hairstylist and should look sharp and should not be afraid to show what I am wearing which I am now. So here I go with my journey, So if anyone can help me along that way please do:)
