Wegmans just opened nearby and I just had to stop in hungry at lunchtime, what a caloric mistake.

177.0 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb. Still to go: 12.0 lb. Diet followed 100%.

gaining 3.5 lb a week

I love Wegmans. I wish one would open near me. Or maybe I don't , lol! I go whenever we visit inlaws.
