Been on ths diet since Feb. 28th. Lost 18 lbs. so far. Sticking eating lots of fruit and green vegetables and chicken and fish. Trying to stay around 500 calorie a day. So far it is working. Not hard to stay on diet as I already wieghted and measured everthing.
