I HATE journaling my food intake! Had to enter foods not on the list...takes too long. It does make you watch what goes in your LIPS for sure, LOL! I am a little SORE from my walk yesterday. Too aggressive for a beginner. Might do 2 shorter walks today or modify it somehow. If we had to fly like HUMMINGBIRDS to eat we would be ITTY BITTY too! Taking my blood sugar readings again...good start. Need to take measurments today. Taking my RX's as directed. ALL GOOD DISCIPLINES!!
