I ate quite more than the other weeks, surprisingly I lose weight.. maybe because I do more cardio than weight training this few week? A bit relieved I am out of the weight plateau.. but need to focus more. Dear me, please stop craving. hehe.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.2 lb a week
