Ok, so I started trying to loose .........again! I've lost right at 50 lbs twice. Honestly haven't even felt like trying again, expecting to get side tracked along the way, loose drive, and gain it all back. But, due to a high blood pressure scare, just being fed up with being out of breath, aching joints, and being tired of knowing that I don't have to be this big, I started again on Monday. I'm down 6 lbs in the first 3 days and feeling pretty motivated, we even went for a 3.5 mile walk last night. Im really just trying not to drop the ball again and make it all of the way to my goal this time.
