IM STUCK.... IT'S been 3 weeks and i''ve been on this weight. My daughhter said i am building muscle that's why i am not losing weighht any more... i hope she is right.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I feel your pain. Been working out like a demon but weight is staying constant. Just added a bit of cardio to hopefully move things along.

My body will plateau for quite awhile like it's hanging on to the extra pounds, then finally it will just let go. I noticed that if I'm exercising a lot it will using drop only during a rest day.
