Down four lbs this week. Staying around 1250 calories and I set a new rule, no eating after 8, and no eating in bed! What a difference it makes. I am so Encouraged!

1424 kcal Fat: 41.81g | Prot: 91.72g | Carb: 177.65g.   Breakfast: Bananas, Cream (Half & Half). Lunch: Pears, Olive Oil, Cooked Kale (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, Wegmans Soft 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Skinless Chicken Breast. Dinner: Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice, White Flour, Olive Oil, Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless, Lean Only). Snacks/Other: Orville Redenbacher's Smart Pop! 100 Calorie Mini Bag, Healthy Choice Greek Frozen Yogurt - Dark Fudge Swirl. more...
