Is anyone else having trouble losing with artificial sweeteners? I've tried stevia 'in the raw' and Splenda and I worry it's stalling my weight loss. I tried the Stevia but it worried me (almost no loss in 3 days) so I then went to the Splenda. I thought Splenda was recommended for Atkins? I'm not overdoing it, just one or two packets a day. I've also been drinking homemade caffeine free unsweetened iced tea. Could it be because I've slightly lowered my water intake (I was at, or slightly over, the daily recommended allowance). I know you're not supposed to count caffeinated or sugary drinks as water, but this is just decaf unsweetened iced tea. I drink 1 to 3 glasses a day, over ice.
