First time since April that I am not logging in my food journal for Saturday & Sunday. Both days were well over 4,000 calories and the foods that sent me that high were too numerous and too high in calorie count to make assumptions. The foods I'm talking about are Pepperoni, fresh mozz, cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, Cheetos, corn chips, tortilla chips, potato chips, cheese dip, salsa, birthday cake along with a Chinese buffet and roast beef sandwiches.

Bad thing: up 7 lbs
Good thing: All those things are still in my house and I have no craving for them and haven't touched them in 2 days. Dropped 4 lbs off already and should be back to last weigh in before my next weigh in.

Saturday was planned, but Sunday was not. Next time I host a party, I'll put more healthier goodies out and make sure everyone takes home the goodies that are left over.

Bottom line: Everyone really had a good time for my Mother in laws 85th birthday party. Received compliments from everybody on my weight loss. Really went overboard this weekend. I put it behind me and will get back on track.
