After only 4-5 days of starting Ideal Protein (my way) I have lost almost 5 pounds. I am aware that this could be a lot of water weight lost but regardless it is helping me to stay on track because I am seeing some results on the scale. I can't wait to see some results in my waist line but that is hopefully soon to come!
140.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
