So very disappointed! I am following this diet to a tee! Not one cheat in over 2 weeks. The only possibility is that special time of the month, however I really expected to at least see a pound down, not a pound up. Need to get past this discouraged feeling.
181.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 46.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

Most women go up a few pounds. I can go up 4 or more each month. Wait to weigh again till TOM goes home. Drink water and watch your sodium . It should be down plus more in a few days or so. It' sucks, but it's just something we have to deal with monthly.
