Ok so it's only been 3 days and because I am impatient I got on the scale and got a HUGE shock!!! It says I have lost almost 5 pounds! Is that even possible?!

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 April 2011:
1913 kcal Fat: 129.28g | Prot: 152.71g | Carb: 24.83g.   Breakfast: Propel Zero, Great Value Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage, Bell Peppers. Lunch: Dole Butter Bliss, Dole Classic Romaine, lean ground beef, mushrooms, Kraft Mayo, Deli Sliced Mild Pepper Rings, pepperjack cheese, mustard. Dinner: blue cheese dressing, dole salad, tilapia. Snacks/Other: diet pepsi, sun tea, Hormel Cure 81 Ham, Baken-ets Pork Skins, Hillshire Farms Summer Sausage, Lo-Carb Monster Energy. more...

That is exactly what happened to me! This is the first day of my second week. I lost a total last week of 7 pounds. The first 5 in the first 3 days! It is so exciting to get such a great jump start. Best wishes in your journey.

please remember though that the first week to week and half are your water weight! it is awesome that your doing so well... i lost 12 my first 2 weeks... and now it has slowed... healthy loss is 1-2 lbs per week =] good luck

I would be happy with 1-2 pounds per week but water weight or not I will take it!!!
