I'm getting there!! I'm so proud of myself!! I can't believe I never tried being this serious about being healthier before. I notice subtle things about myself, my clothes are way too big and my tummy is shrinking, and I walk taller and have more confidence.
219.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 69.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
