finally!! really thought after eating at midnight last night that I was going to gain but I lost. How this happens IDK but THANK GOD!!!Was getting frustrated with 7 days and nothing.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
