Slipping into bad habits again. No breakfast, not planning ahead for lunch. Now I have the added guilt of trying to make up calories at dinner time when normally I wouldn't eat anything. I'm not wanting to eat anymore, but dutifully sipping cold soup and trying to get the rest of this bagel down. I CAN'T let myself go below 900 calories for the day. I work tonight, so I probably won't have a chance to eat there and once I get home there is barn cleaning to get done. I HAVE to get this lunch down.
