I have been slacking off exercising this week,my running partner got ill,and I been lazy to go by myself early in the morning.I realise though it's all up to me so I will get my act together and just do it.Yestersday I had pizza needless to say my tummy did not react all that well to it.Lesson learnt healthy is good for me.
