skinnyminniemonique's Journal, 14 October 2014

Ugh, I so need to be accountable to Fatsecret. I have been so busy that I don't even read my notifications or do my exercise or food journal. Surprisingly I'm doing pretty well.

Although I do have a question for anyone who can answer it, but if there are any OB-GYNs or OB nurses (or any doctor or nurse for that matter) on here that would be great. So I'm married now (YAY)! And because of my age and his age we have decided to start trying for a baby right away. So I've been doing my reading on how to boost my fertility with natural foods, but in my search I found that many say that you should do only moderate to light exercise. So, what does that mean? Does that mean no more push ups or sit ups? No more running?

All the advice I can get would be great!
Thanks everyone

No, they are talking about strenuous exercise (like athletes). People who workout hard for hours a day. The more healthy and fit you are before pregnancy, the better it will be for you and the baby. Pregnancy is hard on the body. You can run (not a marathon), do push ups, etc. But talk to your doctor if you have any concersn.
