I feel like I'm wanting to see results too quickly. It's driving me nuts that the scale isn't moving :( I know that I weigh everyday but it goes up quickly when I eat pasta but it doesn't go down quickly when I eat right. Ugh! What gives.

It's hard, but have patience. It will happen.

Google "why the scale lies". It gives some insight in to water weight and explains how foods can effect the scale. People who eat low carb than eat pasta will see a gain. You might try eating "smart pasta" which is healthier and lower on the glycemic scale.
