Sorry I have not been around for a while lately! I need to check in on some journals.

Working out has been going strong. This week so far:
Sun- bike outside 10 miles/ 47 min
Today- weights 20
Run 3 miles/ 31 min on treadmill
Swim 50 lengths/ 28 min

My muscles are tired now after that big workout today. Eating over the weekend was not too great as usual. Keeping it good this week and trying to hit 135 this week and aiming for 134 at the end of the month.

Awesome exercise commitment "as usual"! One pound a week sounds like a very do-able goal. Go get 'em!
