I had a few days where I didn't hit by daily step target, although I got in my 30 min walk. Big day on Saturday, as had a challenge off with a mate, we both drove ourselves beyond 16k steps. Aiming for 20k next Saturday.
227.1 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 72.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
