I literally had to get B12 because I too was having that issue. Found it in this Mi0 energy supplement, but anyways, it worked! Got just enough energy with coffee of course to get motivated. maybe this is the kick you need. Hey, you can always do the dreaded task you have been putting off if there is one. That, will get you back on track! Mine was building wooden shelves in my large tool shed the other day, then I had to get ALL of my tools and organize everything I had and, what a relief!
