OK Phew! Finally the weight is coming off. But, I must remain vigilant and continue to work out and stick closely to my plan. 3 more pounds till my goal. I must get there. And the working out part will make me feel great too. Good luck to all!
137.3 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
