I have been pretty lazy with my exercising. I feel that I haven't the will or the energy to do anything.

I know I need to do this but I feel like giving up =(
228.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 118.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.3 lb a week

Don't give up. Do some lighter exercise to warm up to what you want to do. You will eventually get there.

don't give up- exercise is awful, I don't care what anyone says! But feeling good and fitting comfortably into your skin is worth it :)
