I started my weight loss journey 30 Sept 14 when I weighed 64.3. Started off with detox for 7 days. Wow did I lose. Mainly water retention etc. Now after 21 days I have lost 4.3kg. Haven't weighed for 2 days now, but went to get my measurements taken at the gym (I don't exercise) and I lost 2% body fat since 10 Oct (last 'check-up'. My nutritionist is very happy and so am I ;-) I am gonna go till I reach my goal weight and will stay on my healthy eating plan for the rest of my life. Good luck to everyone in the same boat as me! Not easy, but your mind has to be so switched on to do this and don't let food be your boss!!!!
