1298 kcal Fat: 34.89g | Prot: 73.12g | Carb: 169.89g.   Breakfast: Tea (Brewed), 100% Liquid Egg Whites, blue menu turkey bacon, Tomatoes, Cheez Whiz Light, thins 4-seed bagels. Dinner: Diet Pepsi (Can), French or Vienna Bread (Includes Sourdough), Salt Free Margarine, Chicken Gravy (Canned), Baby Carrots, Mashed Potato, Chicken Drumstick (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Light Swiss Original, spicy turkey bites, apples & caramel fruit parfait, Special K Fruit Crisps - Strawberry. more...
