Holy wow. 14 WW points, good one Dave. Note to self: Since I'm on a diet, I probably shouldn't ever eat McDonald's Hotcakes with sausage covered with margarine and syrup... ever again. pfffft

Lol! I love their pancakes. I order them for my skinny son and then just have a couple of bites. I usually get an order of eggs and an english muffin with no butter or the snack parfait. There's nothing wrong with treating yourself once and while if you have the points for it. It can help keep you on track.

Today is a pretty bust day for us, we are helping raise money for MDA with our 'Fill The Boot' campaign. So I figured with all the running up and down the street I'm doing today, I deserved an off-diet meal. I'll burn it all off anyhow! (my lunch was another 14 points, looks like I'll be using flex points today)
