OK Moment of truth. I have been letting myself go back to eating too much and exercising too little. So decided to put my weight gain on the page and go for a new goal of 134. 4 pounds shouldn't be so, so hard. Guess we will see.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
