I've added strength training to my pickleball for workouts. I am consuming fewer calories than my BMR of 1350 each day (with a few exceptions). I am focusing on continuing to eat high fiber foods. That seems to be my secret to weight loss.
151.8 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
