Man I dont know whats came over me Im down 12 lbs in 2.5 weeks and im moody. I think is because I took it upon myself to weigh-in even ader I told myself I weight in every wednesday. So I weighted 3lbs more. Hubby told me its because I snuck and did it(duh) and then I did it right before bed so thats never good. But Im disappointed... Oh well, Im still going to keep it up. Next week I will be half way through my first 2 months and Im anxious to see the results. 10lbs before i go on vacation in July and I will be estatic... Wish me luck!

Don't be disappointed--that's probably just undigested food and water weight. It doesnt count. Congrats on 12 lbs in 2.5 weeks. That's amazing--and thats what you should focus on.

You almost always weigh more at night. All the food you eat and drink (not to mention any sodium eaten during the day). It's best to weigh in the same scale, same time, same day and same clothes for the most accurate reading. Your body is made up of 60% water, so it can fluctuate hourly (and that is normal). Things such as medication, food, water, exercise, sodium, stress, etc can all effect your weight. Don't worry about the night time weight, it's normal.
