144.2 lb Lost so far: 17.9 lb.    Still to go: 16.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're doing great. You've kept your weight quite stable. You obviously know what you're doing.

http://www.sweatlikeapig.com/2013/08/28/overcoming-metabolic-damage-part-one/ Weight stable, but I am hoping your calorie intake is inaccurate, otherwise I fear it too low on average, thus why you feel deprived, according to your profile. Seems like you were doing 1500 or so prior to March, which is more realistic if you are working out. In lieu of seeking a number on the scale, let your body take you where it wants to go... just fuel it properly and it will. Here is an article on repairing metabolism you might like. She was like yo but now eats close to 3000 cal per day, is very active and is in great shape. I also recommend the free info on scoobysworkshop.com he is a vegetarian natural body builder and has great info on nutrition that is applicable to meat eaters and sedentary folks as well.
