Feeling so much better the head cold knocked me for a loop. Started back to the gym yesterday did my cardio and boy an hour with a trainer{lower body and back} about killed me. Then today cardio again and another hour today {arms, upper back abs and chest}. I have to put it in writinng I am so proud of myself in a short time I have tripled the weights might not be much to some for me using 60 and 65 pound weights on the machines was such a high.. Then the crunch machine went up there also from 35 pounds to 40 pounds.. Yeah... Heart is doing so much better. I get to bring it up to 160 before I am done and have to wait for it to drop... Getting longer and longer on some stuff.. I remember when I started the Doctors wouldn't allow me to go over 135...Looking forward to seeing what the next 45 days bring...
